There are tons of trails to discover in the pacific northwest. Here is a list of the trails that I have ridden.
Excellent single track. Lots of variety. Quite technical in places.
A good place to spend an hour or two. The trails are well maintained
by the Backcountry Bicycle Trails Club. Caution: The trails are multi-use
and can be somewhat busy at times. Watch out for hikers! I ride here
several times each month as it is quite close to home. Go here for more info.

Located just to the south of St. Edwards. Several long circular routes. Some exciting down-hill sprints leading to very challenging up-hill grunt work. A couple of nice jumps can be found. Watch out for dogs walking their masters!
Galbraith Mt.,
Bellingham, WA.
Galbraith Mt. is located In Bellingham, WA. between Lakeway Dr. to the
north, Yew St. to the west and Samish Dr. on the south. The most distinguishing
feature on the mountain is a tall stand of trees at the top that was left
untouched after the most recent logging. The trails up at the top can
be accessed either from Whatcom Falls park on the north or Galbraith Lane on
the south side. This area is full of single track, double track and dirt
roads. It would take many trips to explore them all. Elevation gain is about
800'. An excellent resource
is Galbraithmtn.com which has some
very good maps, photos and route descriptions.
This is a very interesting ride. Located at the top of Snoqualmie Pass, WA. The ride through the tunnel can be fairly spooky. At two miles in length, the far end is just a small pin-point of light. Be sure to have a good light and where a jacket. The tunnel is very dark and cool inside. The gravel path is level and smooth making for an easy ride. Very nice views of the pass on the west end. It's a short ride on the old rail road grade east to Lake Keechelus. The lake bed can be a fun place to ride when the water level is low. Go here for more info.
This is a paved, level railroad bed that runs between Seattle
and Redmond, WA. It's a good path for endurance training or if you just feel
like getting out of the woods for a while. Usually busy with lots of bikers,
in-line skaters and pedestrians.

This is a gravel / dirt road that runs along the top of Kiona ridge which is
located just to the southwest of Benton City, WA. To get there, take I-82
south from Yakima to exit 96. Turn west, and take the gravel road up to
where it just starts to head over the other side. From here you can ride
either to the northwest or the south east. Both directions offer wonderful
views of the Yakima river valley to the east or the expanse of farmlands to
the west. Some of the road is 4 - 6 inch rock and must be taken carefully, especially
on the downhill stretches. It's about 6 miles if you ride out to the radio
antennas and then back past the parking to the high point to the southwest
and back. Be prepared for wind!
Nice twisty and technical single track with some jeep roads, situated across
the Snoqualmie river from the small farming town of Carnation, WA. Follow
the signs to the John MacDonald park and after unloading the bike head
across the suspension bridge (be sure to walk the bike) to the trails. Once
across the bridge, head straight up the hill and into the woods. The steep 1
mile climb to the top will give you a REALLY nice warm up. At the top are
some jeep roads and a whole bunch of single track snaking through the dense
woods. Best to go in with someone that is familiar with the trails as it is
very easy to lose your bearings even with a map.

Located 1.5 miles east of 522 on the Paradise Lake road, Maltby, WA.
Consists of a nice mix of Double and single track trails. Some of these
trails were used by moto's and it shows. Now that the county has purchased
the land for a park, the powered stuff is off limits. The area is mostly
flat with just a couple of short hills to navigate. This is a good place for
newbies to try there stuff, but the more experienced will enjoy it as well.
Parking is located down a short steep hill just to the east of the trail
entrance. Be sure not to block the driveway or mail boxes.
NOTICE: THIS AREA IS CLOSED!!

Located southeast of Monroe, WA. Take the Old Snohomish road
west from 522, then head south on 127th, which will take you directly to the
park entrance. This park is located near the top of a hill at 500'
elevation. Most of the trails are located on top of the hill with very
little elevation changes unless you ride down to the river, which is at 20'.
There is a nice mix of double and single track trails which are VERY well
maintained. You will be sharing these trails with equestrians, so watch out
for the horse pucky! The Temple Pond loop trail is a very nice single track
through the woods which will bring you to the shores of a good sized pond.
From here you can ride up to the view point, which at 630' will afford you a
nice view towards the south. All of the main trail intersections are signed
and maps are available at the parking lot.

Nice
area for riding on the wooded slopes just to the northeast of Fall City.
Located north of Arlington, WA. (I-5, exit 215). Nice mix of logging roads
and single track. Trails were developed and are heavily used by Equestrians.
It's a pretty good push to the top but the views are worth it. Lots of roads
and trails to explore. Go here
